Holtmeier Construction is a full-service excavation contractor performing throughout southern Minnesota. Holtmeier Construction has been delivering quality built projects for more than two decades. Founded in 1998 by Joe and Bethany Holtmeier the business began with one excavator and a handful of employees chasing sewer and water jobs that no one else wanted. Hard work, faith and flexibility have helped Holtmeier Construction grow into one of the leading excavation and underground utility contractors serving southern Minnesota.
