Express Auto fixed an issue that the Ford Dealership in town couldn't figure out after 6 attempts. Thank god my warranty ran it course. Harrison Ford's techs just found other things that "might" have caused the issues that weren't under warranty. Also, better tire prices than Discount Tire.

Very inconsistent. Took over a month to get our vehicle fixed. Lied about having the software and had to drag it elsewhere to fix. Constantly found something new that was an "issue". Should've been up front and honest from the start but weren't.

Called for simple pricing on a mount and balance and if they performed alignment service. Person in the phone was annoyed immediately, only follow up question I asked was if the alignment was for a 4-wheel alignment because some places will perform front end alignment and he asked me what other kind of alignment would it be?... So I'm obviously not impressed with the customer service or knowledge of the workers. They may do great work, but I don't prefer being talk down to when I'm asking simple questions from someone who should know what they are doing.

College aged female here. I called to get my brakes replaced and spoke with Dave. Very nice, they took me that morning and it wasn't long at all, maybe an hour or two. Everyone there was very kind, they knew what they were doing, and they came in regularly to give me updates about what they were doing with my car. I expected to be told some crazy stories where I NEEDED new things and that I'd be up-sold for sure, but there was none of that. No crazy upselling, they knew what they were talking about and were very upfront about everything. We only did my brakes, checked everything that I asked for, and made sure that my car was all set. Pretty affordable too. Overall, I'd come back if I have car problems (hopefully not lol) and I'd recommend!

I called to get a quote on something and the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me.

Took 4 days to check my car up, paid $100 for repair and $64 to towing company, after 4hrs, my car stopped working again.

Amazing service here! I went near closing and the staff was very friendly still. They had my oil change completed in 15mins. The staff informed me that with the oil my car uses that it can go a greater distance before another oil change is need. With this in mind I should watch for other companies who will try to tell me I need to come in more and scam me. They also applied a discount to my total knowing that I was in college and do not have a lot of money.
